Have you ever wondered why an elephant does not live in the rainforest? Or how a tiger would have to adapt to live in the artic? After reading, My WILD First Day of School, students will start with a picture walk observing animal habitats. Then students will study 4 different animal habitats and 4 different animal adaptations to study. Then they will pick 1 habitat and 1 adaptation and create a diaorama of a WILD animal combination.
