In this Storybook STEAM series, students will learn all about water density. Students will listen to Monstersaurus, a story about a boy named Monty who loves inventing. Monstersaurus is sure to become a favorite. Students will start with a picture walk, giving them a chance to closely examine real photographs of scientists. Next, students will learn about the Scientific Method. Then will explore different items and test if they sink or float. Lastly, students will create their own lava lamp.
